Wes Ritter

Amazing son, empathetic and full of life and light. Wes was an awesome brother, always trying to listen, to share, to motivate, and he was a terrific friend, ready to play, work, help, dance, or do anything to help his friends.

Wes is loved and adored by his Heavenly Father.  We miss his amazing personality and his adventurous life style. He will be sorely missed by those who love him.

Obituary

In Memory of Wes

Wes will ever be remembered for his deep love for all around him. A special place in his heart was reserved for the people of Guatemala, where he served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As he went about about doing good, Wes sought opportunity to build up and empower the communities in which he lived. While serving in Patzicia, Guatemala, he became involved with, "Orange Couch Foundation", a nonprofit organization devoted to helping children in Guatemala go to school and receive a formal education. Wes contributed time, both as a missionary and after, to further the aims of the school as well as to build homes for families in need in the community. To honor Wes' legacy, the Orange Couch Foundation has generously committed to build a home for the Quex Umul family, who Wes served and deeply loved.

We express our deep gratitude to the Orange Couch Foundation, and all who are able and willing to assist in this effort. We know this cause brings Wes joy.

In lieu of floral or other contributions, we ask you to consider making a donation at the following link. All donations will go directly to the building of a home for this dear family.
